Classes
All are welcome to dive deeper into themselves with this guided meditation.
This class can be experienced sitting in a chair, on a cushion, or laying down.
Each class will start with a guided breathing technique for relaxation,
then move into the guided meditation,
followed by time for integration and questions.
Each week we will rotate through a different topic -
Themes Include:
- Deep Relaxation / Stress Relief
- Self-Healing + Self-Love
- Somatic Energy Balancing
- Increasing Prosperity $
* No Experience Necessary *
Expect to return to your day feeling refreshed,
relaxed, & restored.
Optional items to bring:
- Yoga mat
- Water bottle
- Bolster or cushion to sit on
(chairs + cushions are also provided)
- Blanket and/or pillow
(whatever helps you get the most comfortable)
- Journal + pen
(if you'd like to write down any clarity, discoveries, or insights)
