  • What is Hypnotherapy?

It's a state of focused attention and relaxation that involves a heightened state of awareness.

During hypnosis, you're more open to suggestions from the therapist.

It's NOT about mind control; you remain in control throughout the session.

  • How Does Hypnotherapy Work?

A trained therapist guides you into a relaxed state using techniques like deep breathing and imagery.

In this state, the therapist can offer suggestions to:

    - Reduce anxiety and stress

    - Manage pain

    - Improve sleep

  • How Many Sessions will it take to get my Desired Results?

Payment is due at time of scheduling.

  • Do you offer packges?

I do offer packages for 2 or more sessions - and they include any type of session I currently offer.

Debunking
Myths

  • If I'm under hypnosis, I'm not in control.

    FALSE!

Hypnosis is often also called “The Alert Trance State”, in which you are deeply relaxed yet fully aware.

You are completely in control the entire time - from beginning to end.

  • I can't visualize, so Hypnotherapy wont work for me.

If you can’t clearly visualize in your mind, odds are your way of going inward involves more of feeling into your body or thoughts / emotions.

Not all of us can clearly seeing things in our mind - and that is okay.
I’ve seen this be a non-issue for those who experience this.

Hypnotherapy taps into whatever sense is strongest for you - whether that be seeing, feeling, or simply imagining.

My style of Hypnotherapy blends traditionally hypnotherapy structure with Somatic work, which I feel brings a nice balance to the session.

  • Hypnotherapy will bring up things I'm not ready to talk about.

While hypnosis can help access memories and emotions that might not be readily available in your conscious awareness, it's not a truth serum.

Your mind still acts as a filter, and you won't suddenly reveal secrets you don't want to share.

The focus of hypnotherapy is usually on healing and positive change, not on uncovering sensational secrets.
